Celine is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Celine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology. She has experience working with chronic pain clients to improve daily functioning and health behaviours as part of an interdisciplinary health team. Celine approaches counselling holistically, attending to the mental, emotional, and physical domains to best serve clients. Celine strives to build a strong alliance with each client so a collaborative process can be used to identify solutions that maintain lasting change. While Celine prefers to use counselling models that best fit each client, she finds cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapies helpful for many clients. Celine is accepting adult clients in several areas including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, health, atheltics, and couples counselling.
